Born Nichoas James Wright in Punxsutawney Pennsylvania January 2, 1986. First baby born of the year at Punxsutawney Hospital. I grew up in Pennsylvania where I attened high school at Purchase Line, and began college at Penn State University. January 2006 I moved to Louisiana. I started a career in Law Enforcment at the St. John the Baptist Parish Correctional Facility. where I went up through the ranks and became assistant supervisor of the 100 shift. I left the Sheriffis office because in my heart it just wasnt for me. I began an acting career which took off well. I love working in the film industry. During acting I worked for my family at a company called Abba Industries. They build torque wrenches for off shore drilling. I still continue to work there while persuing my career in real estate. I left the film industry because the industry picked up and left for Atlanta for a "better" tax break. I bought my first home in September of 2013, a condominium. It was July 2017 when I sold the condo via a bond for deed. I danced around the idea of real estate before deciding to sell my home. When I was contacted by a potential buyer, I began the process of what needed to be done in order to sell the condo. During the process and working with the buyer, I fell in love with the industry. I knew during this process, this is what I wanted to do. I then reached out to Ched Edler which gave me the info I need to start this endevour. I got in contact with Frank Trapani, and we hit it off! I started real estate school at Donaldson Education the next day. It wasnt a month after I sold my condo that I started the process. I comepleted all my education and passed the real estate exam on the first attempt by end of september. I was licensed October 1, 2017. The journy has only begun. I look forward to growing with Latter & Blum and furthering my knowledge and expertise in real estate.
