Courtney Finkelstein | Latter & Blum Realtors

Courtney Finkelstein

I am a dynamic, full-time professional dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Whether you are investing in property, relocating or finding the home of your dreams, I am here to plan, execute and close these transactions in a timely manner. I am an annual Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Certified Relocation Specialist.

After graduating from Tulane, I lived in Atlanta and worked in corporate services for American Express before returning to New Orleans in 2000. Three years later, my husband and I started a new journey and opened four restaurants over the next ten years. During that time, we bought, sold and managed properties throughout the city. My interest in real estate blossomed into a full time career when I accepted a position at Latter & Blum.

In addition to being a Latter & Blum Gold Status achiever, I am a member of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, Women's Council of Realtors, and the Louisiana Realtors Association. As a twelve-year member of the all-female marching club, the Pussyfooters, I helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Metropolitan Women's Shelter. I am currently on the board of the sisterhood of Temple Sinai. In May, 2018, I was elected as President of the Board of Directors for Foster Nola, a charity dedicated to helping foster children that age out of the state foster care system .

When I'm not spending time with my three kids, I enjoy the best that New Orleans has to offer. I love trying new restaurants and attending festivals. My favorite activity is designing costumes for my family during Mardi Gras and throughout the year. It's always a good time to costume in New Orleans!
