A “relocated” New Orleanian, Jane earned her Louisiana Real Estate license in 2009, followed by a Preservation Resource Center Historic House Specialist certification in 2012. She now works for Latter & Blum out of their French Quarter and Historic Offices, where she applies her considerable talents to helping people find homes in New Orleans.
Jane was born, raised, and educated in the Northeast, earning a BA from McDaniel College (Westminster, MD) and an MS in Genetics from George Washington University (Washington, DC). Prior to moving to New Orleans and starting her real estate career, Jane had a lengthy career in the biotechnology industry, including owning and operating a successful marketing consulting business for start-up biotechnology companies.A visit to New Orleans for Jazz Fest in 1987 was the catalyst for a 20-year journey. After buying a condominium and enjoying the part-time lifestyle of the French Quarter for many years, Hurricane Katrina provided the final motivation to become a full-time resident and part of the city’s renewal.
An accomplished marketing professional, Jane now applies her analytical ability, marketing savvy, and love of New Orleans to real estate – helping clients find the perfect opportunity and make the transition – whether it be part-rime or permanent – to New Orleans.
