Latter & Blum's Career Development Training
Latter & Blum is committed to the professional development of our new agents. This is best represented through our comprehensive “no cost”, in house training program. The course is a hands on introduction that gets you off to a FAST start in the day-to-day practical mechanics of finding prospects, closing sales, listing properties, and MAKING MONEY. All of our instructors are experienced in real estate sales; many were multi-million dollar producers themselves.
Our training program is offered every month, (except December), for a three-week period and teaches the practical aspects of real estate sales. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m.

Road Map To Success
Once the training program is completed new agents receive on going training and support from their Manager who is genuinely interested in their success. Agents at this point, start a 12-week “Road Map to Success” program whereby they receive guidance in getting started and direct prospecting activities to generate business.
Continuing Education Credits
All real estate licensees holding an active real estate license must complete twelve (12) hours of approved continuing education course work each year to be eligible to renew their license for the next year.
At Latter & Blum seven of our training sessions are approved for continuing education credits. At anytime, our agents can obtain, “at no cost to them", the educational course work they need to complete the twelve (12) hours. Visit with our Sales Manager to discuss your real estate career.
Post-Licensing Education Requirements
All persons initially licensed after January 1, 2000, are required to complete a forty-five hour (45) post licensing educational course within the first full calendar year of licensing. This post license course is a one time only requirement for initial salespersons. Salespersons subject to the post-licensing requirement will be required to complete an examination on post licensing course content to receive a certificate.
National Guest Speakers
Advanced educational programs as well as motivational speakers are offered "free of charge" throughout the year on subjects that will encourage, motivate and support our agents.
Sales Meetings and Tour
Sales meetings are held once each week to keep our agents up to date on current activity and to communicate the latest and most recent happenings in the real estate industry.
