Buying or selling a home and moving can be pretty stressful. I know; I've done it five times within the past eight years with two small children in tow! My latest experience came when I moved back home to Mandeville and purchased a home using Latter and Blum.
What a difference choosing the right realtor and company makes. It was such a smooth process where my realtor didn't just have the tools to be a strong negotiator, but became my personal assistant, my friend, and my 24-hour all access center for knowledge.
I decided--after I finally unpacked all 250 boxes--that I wanted to be able to provide that same level of service and share my extensive knowledge of the Mandeville and Covington area and passion for real estate with people who want an EASY buying and selling experience.
Latter and Blum is the leading real estate company along the Gulf Coast for several reasons. We're a one-stop-shop for amazing properties, mortgages, and insurance. We care more about our clients than a commission. We have more marketing tools at our fingertips than most companies that place your property in the forefront online, via social media, and in print when you want to sell.
I'm honored to work for such a great company with a big vision that's built around top-notch customer service. I'm happy to be back in my hometown that I know like the back of my hand, and I look forward to guiding and advising both buyers and sellers through the multitude of steps that make up real estate transactions.
I've been investing in real estate since I was 22-years old. I'm a former reporter who loves research and analyzing market trends, neighborhoods, flood zones and more. I'm a trained marketing and public relations strategist who stays on top of the latest marketing strategies that provide the best results. And, I'm a creative daughter-in-law of an interior designer who recognizes good bones and knows the power of paint when you're looking to purchase a home without a high price tag but with great potential.
I'm teaching my two daughters who attend Mary Queen of Peace School, to love and appreciate real estate (it's a losing battle right now….) when I'm not cheering them on at soccer or gymnastics or tied up in a game of "school" in our playroom. I'm also training for a half marathon with my sister in attempts to stay in shape because I love NOLA food, fine dining and my husband's gourmet cooking!
