Irene Hernandez is a licensed real estate agent who can handle the real estate needs of both buyers and sellers. She is an enthusiastic and hard-working professional.
After frequent visits to New Orleans to see their daughter and son-in-law (both graduates of Tulane's architecture school), Irene and her husband decided this charming city with it's wonderful architecture would be their new home.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Irene worked for the U. S. Department of Justice as an intelligence professional.
While working for the Department of Justice she was recognized for her outstanding performance in managing a component of the Department of Justice--the National Drug Intelligence Center. She was also recognized as Woman of the Year for Public Service by the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Chapter of the YWCA in 2008. In Johnstown, Pennsylvania she served as Co-Chairperson of the American Cancer Society's Pink Ribbon Ball which raised over $15,000 for breast cancer research and support.
