Since entering the real profession in 1985, I have not only experienced all types of real estate markets but have survived each one. Gaining my early experience during the days of the Oil Bust, I learned that one must be creative and fexible in order to suceed and offer the best possible service to my buyers and sellers. Regardless of the market, it is my belief that real estate has always offered an immediate benifit and long term value to the buyer.

During the course of my career, I have obtained both the GRI and CRS designations. On-going education and learning are vital to staying on top of our profession and providing the most up to date information to my clients..

I enjoy both the resale and new construction markets. Over the years I have represented both the builder and their developments. Having had that experience I am able to provide that knowledge and the knowledge of the resale market to the buyer. Nothing is more exciting tham to see a buyer's dream take shape during construction.

When not busy with real estate, I spend time with my three grandchildren and enjoying their many activeties including swimming and dancing.
