Help

Once you have found a property that you are interested in, the next step is to make an appointment to view it. This used to be a time-consuming process, involving making phone calls to an agent to schedule a time that is convenient and available for both of you. Our appointments system simplifies this process, making it simple and convenient. You can request an appointment for a property in seconds with just a few clicks of your mouse.

The section below details how to use the online appointment system that makes requesting appointments quick and easy. If you have additional questions or comments, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Getting Started

You can request an appointment to view a property from its detail page. You can get to this by clicking on the property from the results of a search.
If you need help with searching, click here to go to the search help page.

From the listing detail page (fig. 1a), click the Request An Appointment link (fig. 1b). This will take you to the Appointment Grid.

Appointment Grid

The apointment grid (fig. 2a) is where you can request a time for an appointment. Available times are shown as white blocks. Times that are not available are shown in red. If you have a previous appointment, that is shown as a blue block.

Requesting an Appointment
To request an appointment, just click a white block that corresponds with the day and time that you would like to request.

You can use the Next and Previous links above the appointment grid to view different date ranges. You can also go directly to a certain date by entering it in the Select Date field above the appointment grid and then clicking Go.

Clicking an available time block will bring you to the Appointment Information Form.

The final step in requesting an appointment is the appointment information form (fig 3a).

Just fill out the fields (fields marked with * are required) and click the Send button to submit your request. An agent will contact you soon after to confirm your appointment.

If you decide that you would like to change your appointment time, or cancel your appointment altogether, then just click the Cancel button. This will clear your appointment and bring you back to the appointment grid.
