Although we think you should be able to view all the properties in the MLS without registering, local MLS rules require users to register before viewing all the information. Why Can't I See All The Listings In MLS without registering? In order to comply with National and Local Real Estate rules, we must require registration to view all the properties and detail information in the local MLS. We obtain certain registration information from you in order for us to operate a Virtual Office Website ("VOW"). A VOW can display listing data of all MLS member brokers' listings. You can still view many of the listings in the MLS by NOT registering, but current MLS rules only allow us to show some of the detail of each property belonging to other MLS member brokers and only the properties of other MLS member brokers that have agreed to share their listings. Some MLS boards allow us to show more detail information without registration than others. We decided to allow our customers to view all the information!
